• If you are a renter, your lease expiration date must be current in the system

• Lease dates can only be updated by your property management team

If your lease expiration date has passed or is incorrect, the system will not allow early payment until it is updated.

What to Do If You Can’t Pay Early

1. Contact your property manager or leasing office

2. Ask them to update your lease expiration date in ParkingPass

3. Once updated, sign back into your account at my.parkingpass.com

4. Navigate to Payment System+ and proceed with payment
