Can I Register a Guest Before My Application Is Approved?

We aren't able to permit guest registration before resident applications have been approved.

Why This Restriction Exists

Until your resident application is approved, your account is considered unverified. Unverified accounts are not yet recognized as active members of the community and are therefore unable to register guest vehicles.

This policy helps protect the safety and security of approved residents and ensures guest parking privileges are only used by verified accounts.

What You Can Do Next

• Wait for your application to be approved by your property management team

• Once approved, you’ll be able to register guest vehicles through your ParkingPass account
