Changing Vehicle Registration Date
Vehicle registration dates in ParkingPass update automatically based on the registration document uploaded for each vehicle.
If a date appears incorrect or expired, uploading your current registration will prompt the system to update it.
Steps

Log in to your account at my.parkingpass.com.

From your dashboard, scroll to the Vehicles section.

Locate the vehicle you want to update.

Click the green Vehicle Actions dropdown next to the vehicle.

Select Edit Vehicle.

Upload a clear photo or document of your current vehicle registration.

Save your changes.
Once uploaded, the system will automatically update the registration date based on the document provided.
💡 Tip: Make sure the registration image is clear, uncropped, and fully visible so the correct dates can be read.
Important Notes

Vehicle registration dates are updated automatically from the document you upload.

Registration dates cannot be edited manually.

Expired, blurry, or incomplete documents may prevent the date from updating correctly.

If the registration date does not update:

Confirm you uploaded the most current registration document
