Payment options are not available until your application has been approved.

How Payments Work

• You must first submit your application to your property or association

• Your application must be approved before payment options become available

• Login credentials are only issued after approval

Once approved, you’ll receive access to your ParkingPass account, where you can:

• Log in for the first time

• View available permits

• Complete any required payments

If your application is still pending, no payment action is required at this time. Please reach out to your property management team with any questions pertaining to applications.
