Extending a Guest Pass
If your guest needs to stay longer, you may be able to extend their guest pass directly from your ParkingPass account, as long as your community allows additional days.
How to Extend a Guest Pass
You can access the extension option in either of the following ways:
Option 1: From the Left Navigation Menu

Log in at my.parkingpass.com

Search the resident's name on the left dashboard

Click Extend Guest Pass
Option 2: From the Dashboard

Log in to your account

From the Dashboard, click Active Guest Passes

Search for the license plate
- Select Extend Guest Pass
Extending the Pass

Select the guest vehicle you wish to extend

Choose the new end date (and time, if applicable)

Review the extension details
-
Complete payment, if required by your community
Once submitted, the guest pass will be updated and reflected in your Active Guest Vehicles list.
Important Notes

Guest passes can only be extended if additional days are available under your community’s parking policy

If no extension days remain, the system will not allow the pass to be extended

In that case, you’ll need to contact your property management office to request approval for an extended stay
