Guess Passes for Residents without a Vehicle
Some properties allow residents to register guest passes even if they do not have a personal vehicle registered in the system.
If you are unable to add a guest pass because the system requires a resident vehicle, your property may need to adjust your account access.
How It Works
If your community allows guest-only access:
-
Your property management team can convert your account to Guest Only status.
-
This allows you to register and manage guest passes without registering a resident vehicle.
Once converted, your account will be limited to guest parking access only.
Important Notes
-
Guest Only accounts cannot register resident vehicles.
-
Guest pass limits and availability are determined by your property.
-
Not all communities allow guest-only access.
-
Guest-only access may still carry a fee, depending on your property’s setup.
- Refunds are not offered for unused days, or passes that are ended early.
If you believe you should have guest access without registering a vehicle, contact your property management team to review your account.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot register a guest pass:
-
Confirm whether your property allows guest passes without a resident vehicle
-
Review your community’s parking policy
-
Verify your account status with your property management team
Your property manager can confirm whether Guest Only access is available and make any necessary adjustments.
