Guest pass pricing is determined by your community’s property management team.

How Guest Pass Pricing Works

• Each community sets its own rules for guest parking

• Some properties charge a fee for guest passes

• Other properties may offer guest passes at no cost

• Pricing, limits, and availability are defined by your community’s parking policy

• Refunds are not offered for unused days or for passes that are ended early

ParkingPass simply enforces the rules configured by the property and does not control guest pass pricing.

How to Register a Guest Vehicle

You can register a guest vehicle by logging in to your account at:
my.parkingpass.com

From there, you can:

• Create a guest pass yourself, or

• Invite your guest to register their vehicle on their own

Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before the guest pass is activated.
