How Quickly Are Unauthorized Vehicles Towed?
Towing and enforcement timelines vary by property.
Each community sets its own patrol hours and enforcement rules. Because of this, there is no single timeline that applies to all properties.
What Determines Enforcement Timing
-
Each property determines when patrol operates (daytime, overnight, or both).
-
Property managers can request a tow at any time.
-
Enforcement may occur whenever a vehicle is found in violation of community rules.
Grace Periods
Certain situations include built-in review periods:
-
Expired resident permits receive a 10-day grace period before late fees apply.
-
Pending resident applications have up to a 10-day review window, during which approved residents are permitted to park.
Grace periods apply only in these specific situations and do not extend to other types of violations.
Important Notes
-
Parking rules and patrol hours are determined by your property.
-
Enforcement decisions follow your property’s parking policies.
-
Disputes are mediated by your property manager.
-
ParkingPass provides the software platform but does not manage enforcement activity.
If Your Vehicle Was Towed, Booted, or Cited
Contact your property management team directly. They oversee enforcement decisions and can review your situation.
ParkingPass cannot cancel, override, or interfere with enforcement actions, but your property may request account history if a review is needed.
