How to Register a Guest

You can register a guest or rental vehicle directly from your ParkingPass account.

How to Access Guest Registration

You can begin in either location:

Option 1 – From the Dashboard

  1. Log in at my.parkingpass.com

  2. Click the red Register Guest / Rental button at the top of the page

Option 2 – From the Left Navigation

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Select Guest / Rental Vehicles from the left menu

  3. Choose Register Guest / Rental

Registering the Guest Pass

On the registration page, you may:

  • Register the guest vehicle yourself

  • Invite a guest to register their own vehicle

  • Extend an existing guest pass (if allowed by your property)

To complete registration, you’ll provide:

  • Country and state

  • License plate number (with confirmation)

  • Vehicle make, model, and color

  • Start date and time

If scheduling a future pass, you can select the start time for that day. The end time will automatically match that time on the final day of the pass.

Once submitted, payment will be collected (if required by your community), and the guest pass will activate for the selected time period.

After Submission

  • The vehicle will appear under Active Guest Vehicles

  • A confirmation email will be sent with the pass details, including start and end dates

Important Notes

  • Guest pass limits (number of vehicles and length of stay) are determined by your property.

  • If you’ve reached your guest limit, contact your property management team for guidance.

  • Guest vehicles must follow all posted parking rules while on the property.

  • Availability of guest registration may vary during certain enforcement or onboarding periods.

  • Refunds are not offered for unused days or for passes that were ended early.

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to register a guest:

  • Confirm your resident account is approved and active

  • Check whether you have reached your guest limit

  • Review your community’s parking policy

If the issue continues, contact your property management team for assistance.
