Late Fees & Grace Period
Parking permit expiration dates are communicated in advance through multiple notifications to help you renew on time.
If a permit expires, a 10-day grace period is automatically provided before a 15% late fee is applied.
How the Grace Period Works
-
Expiration reminders are sent prior to your permit’s end date
-
A 10-day grace period begins immediately after expiration
-
If renewal is not completed within those 10 days, a 15% late fee is added
This grace period is automatically applied to all accounts.
Why Extensions Aren’t Available
Because reminders are sent in advance and a built-in 10-day grace period is already provided, additional extensions beyond this timeframe are not available.
The system applies late fees automatically once the grace period has passed.
Important Notes
-
Late fee policies are part of your community’s parking rules.
-
ParkingPass processes payments but does not override expiration or late fee timelines.
-
