Lease Expiring Before Your Parking Permit

If your lease ends before your parking permit would normally expire, your permit will be automatically adjusted. This article explains how prorated permits work and what to expect.

Steps

  1. Log in to your ParkingPass account.
  2. Select your parking permit and proceed with purchase as usual.
  3. If your lease expires before the full permit term, the system will automatically adjust the cost.
  4. Review the prorated amount and complete your payment.

💡 Tip: If something doesn’t look right, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.

Important Notes

  • Parking permits are automatically prorated based on your lease end date.
  • If your lease expires earlier than the permit term, you will only be charged for the time your lease is active.
  • You do not need to manually adjust the dates — the system handles this automatically.
  • Permit validity is tied to your lease, and access will end when your lease expires.

Troubleshooting

If you run into issues:

  • Make sure your lease dates are up to date with your property
  • Confirm you are selecting the correct permit option
  • Try a different browser or device

If the issue continues, contact your property management team.
