Registering as a New Resident

If you’re new to your community, you’ll need to complete resident registration before purchasing parking permits or registering guests.

Your property management team will provide an information guide that includes either a registration link or a QR code to begin the process.


Steps

  1. Follow the link or scan the QR code provided by your property.

  2. Enter your personal information:

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Property address and unit number

  3. Enter your vehicle information:

    • Vehicle make and model

    • License plate number and state

    • Vehicle color

    • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)

    • Insurance information (if required)

  4. Submit your application.

  5. Open the verification email sent to you and complete the verification step.

Once verified, your application will move into a pending review status.


What Happens Next

  • Your property management team will review your application.

  • Review may take up to 10 days.

  • Additional information or documentation may be requested during registration.

  • It is safe to park on the property during this pending review period.

  • Guest registration is not available while your account is pending.

  • Parking permits can only be purchased after your application is approved.

You will receive confirmation once your account has been approved and permits become available for purchase.


Important Notes

  • Make sure all information entered is accurate to avoid delays.

  • Registration links and QR codes are specific to your community.

  • ParkingPass support cannot override property management decisions on applications.

  • We aren't able to offer refunds for unused days or parking permits that are ended early.
