Registering with an Expired Lease
If your lease has expired, you may not be able to register for resident or guest parking. This article explains why this happens and what steps to take to resolve it.
Steps
- Log in to your ParkingPass account.
- Attempt to register your vehicle or create a guest pass.
- If your lease is expired, the system will prevent registration.
- Contact your property management team to renew or update your lease.
- Once your lease has been updated, return to your ParkingPass account and complete your registration.
💡 Tip: If something doesn’t look right, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.
Important Notes
- Parking registration requires an active lease on file.
- Residents with expired leases cannot register vehicles or guest passes.
- Lease updates must be completed by your property management team.
- ParkingPass does not have the ability to update or override lease information.
