Renewing a Parking Permit

Residents can renew their parking permits either manually or by setting up autopay. This article explains how to renew your permit and what to expect during the renewal period.

Steps

1. Log in to your ParkingPass account.
2. From your dashboard or left-hand menu, navigate to your Parking Permit or Payments section.
3. Choose one of the following options:
   • Manual Renewal – Select your permit and complete the renewal payment.
   • Autopay – Enable autopay to automatically renew your permit each billing cycle.
4. Review your information and submit your payment.

💡 Tip: If something doesn’t look right, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.

Important Notes

• Permits can be renewed up to 10 days before expiration.
• After expiration, there is a 10-day grace period to renew your permit.
• During the grace period, your vehicle may still be eligible to park while you complete renewal.
• If a permit is not renewed within the grace period, it may no longer be valid for parking.
• Autopay helps prevent missed renewals and potential late fees.
