Self-Registering with a Property Keyword

Properties allow residents the option to register themselves using a unique property keyword. This option is typically shared by your property manager in a welcome packet or registration email and lets you complete your parking setup without needing a direct invitation link.


Steps

  1. Go to my.parkingpass.com.

  2. Click Resident Registration.

  3. Enter your property’s Keyword.

    • This keyword is provided by your property manager.

    • If you don’t have it, contact your property management office.

  4. Enter your personal information as prompted.

  5. Enter your vehicle information.

  6. Upload any required verification documents.

  7. Review your information and click Submit.

💡 Tip: Make sure all vehicle details (especially license plate information) are entered exactly as they appear on the vehicle to avoid delays and towing risk.


Important Notes

  • Property keywords are unique to each community and must be entered exactly as provided.

  • Registration requests may be subject to property management approval.

  • Parking access is not active until registration is approved.

  • Fees, if applicable, are determined by the property’s parking policy.
