Tows, Boots & Citations

We understand that discovering your vehicle has been towed, booted, or cited can be  stressful.

If this happens, your property management team is your first point of contact.

Each community sets its own parking rules and works with a contracted patrol or towing vendor to enforce them. ParkingPass provides the software used to manage permits, but enforcement decisions are made by your property and their vendor.


What To Do

  • Review your community’s parking policy in your ParkingPass portal

  • Confirm your permit was active and your vehicle information was up to date

  • Contact your property management team for next steps

Your property manager can review the situation and guide you through the appropriate process.


Important Notes

  • ParkingPass does not issue citations, apply boots, or tow vehicles.

  • We are not able to cancel or override enforcement actions.

  • If your property believes enforcement may have occurred in error, they can request a review.

In those cases, ParkingPass can provide account records or activity history to assist with the investigation. Final decisions remain with your property and their enforcement vendor.
