These levels indicate how many warnings, if any, are issued before enforcement action is taken. --- ### **What Are Violation Severity Levels?** Each parking rule at your community is assigned a severity level based on how enforcement is structured. Severity levels help residents understand what to expect if a rule is violated. There are **three severity levels**: - **Light** - **Moderate** - **Severe** --- ### **How Severity Levels Are Determined** Severity levels are automatically assigned based on the number of warnings allowed before enforcement action occurs: - **Severe** Tow or enforcement action occurs on the **first violation**, with no warnings. - **Moderate** **One warning** is issued before a tow or enforcement action. - **Light** **Two or more warnings** are issued before a tow or enforcement action. Severity levels update automatically if the enforcement structure of a rule changes. --- ### **Where Can I View Violation Severity?** Residents and property managers can view violation severity levels directly in the system: 1. Open your property in ParkingPass 2. Navigate to **Parking Rules** 3. Locate the rule in question 4.
