Updating Your Account Information

You can update your email address, password, and notification settings directly from your ParkingPass account.


Steps

  1. Log in to your ParkingPass account.

  2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Update your information as needed:

    • Email address

    • Password

    • Notification preferences

  4. Save your changes.

💡 Tip: If you update your email address, be sure to use an active inbox you can access for future notifications.


Important Notes

  • Some account details may be restricted based on your property’s configuration.

  • Updating your email address may require verification before changes take effect.

  • Your property management team oversees account eligibility and residency status.


Troubleshooting

If you are unable to update your information:

  • Confirm you are logged into the correct account

  • Try refreshing the page or using a different browser

If the issue continues, contact your property management team. They can review your account details and coordinate with ParkingPass if needed.
