Someone's Parked In My Spot

If your community uses assigned parking and you have a reserved space, you can submit a tow request directly through your ParkingPass dashboard for a vehicle parked in your assigned spot.

Important Requirements

• This feature is available only to residents with an assigned parking space.

• You may submit a tow request only for your own assigned spot.

• If your property does not use assigned parking, this option will not appear in your portal.

How to Submit a Tow Request

You can start the tow request process in one of the following ways:

Option 1
Left Navigation Menu → Assigned Parking Help

Option 2
Dashboard → Top-right corner → Vehicle Parked in My Spot

Steps

1. Select your assigned parking spot (used to validate your request).

2. Enter the unauthorized vehicle details:

   • License plate number

   • Plate state

   • Vehicle make

   • Vehicle model

   • Vehicle color

3. Upload the required photos:

   • Clear photo of the license plate

   • Photo showing your parking spot number

   • Photo of the unauthorized vehicle in your spot

4. Submit the tow request.

Once submitted, you will see an on-screen confirmation.

💡 Tip: Make sure all photos are clear and legible to prevent delays.

What Happens Next

• The towing company contracted by your community is notified immediately.

• Arrival time depends on tow company availability.

• For timing updates, you may contact the tow company directly.

ParkingPass facilitates the request process, but towing and enforcement are handled by your property’s enforcement vendor.

If the Vehicle Leaves Before Towing

If the unauthorized vehicle moves before the tow company arrives:

• Return to your portal

• Cancel the tow request promptly

Missing an Assigned Parking Spot?

If your lease includes a reserved space but you do not see it listed in your account:

• Contact your property management team to review your parking configuration.

They can update your profile if needed and coordinate with ParkingPass.

• Tow requests can only be submitted for your assigned parking space.

• Misuse of the tow request feature may result in restricted access.

• Enforcement decisions are determined by your property and their towing vendor.
